Phone menus that understand your callers
Replace “press 1 for sales, press 2 for support” with a voice assistant that hears what people need and routes the call in seconds.
Hi, I ordered a router last week and it still hasn't shipped.
Sorry about the wait. I can check that for you. Could you tell me your order number, or the phone number you used?
It's the number I'm calling from.
Got it. Connecting you to the delivery team now, they'll already see your order on screen.
Built for real phone traffic
Works with the telephony you already have.
Natural speech routing
Callers describe the problem in their own words. Intents map to queues, extensions or external numbers.
SIP trunk & PBX friendly
Connect over SIP to Asterisk, FreeSWITCH or a hosted PBX. No hardware changes.
Multilingual
Detects the caller's language and answers in it. Mixed-language calls are handled too.
Context hand-off
Agents receive a short summary of the call before they pick up, so nobody repeats themselves.
After-hours mode
Takes messages, books callbacks and answers common questions when the office is closed.
Analytics
See why people call, where they drop off and which topics grow week over week.
How it works
From signup to the first routed call in an afternoon.
Connect
Point a DID or SIP trunk to VoiceMenu AI, or add it as a step in your existing dialplan.
Describe
List your departments and what each one handles. Plain text is enough.
Go live
Test with a few calls, adjust wording, then switch traffic over gradually.
FAQ
Short answers to common questions.
Do I need to replace my PBX?
No. VoiceMenu AI sits in front of your PBX or inside its dialplan and passes calls on over SIP.
Can callers still press keys?
Yes. DTMF input keeps working alongside speech, so nothing breaks for people who prefer the keypad.
Where is call audio processed?
Audio is processed in the EU region by default. Recording is off unless you turn it on.
When is general availability?
We're onboarding a limited number of beta teams first. Join the list and we'll reach out.
Join the private beta
We're opening access in small batches to teams that run their own telephony.
